 Too often I hear that people go to the doctor or a physical therapist and they’re told to “take time off and stretch it” for shoulder pain relief.

So they do it, only to end up where they began and feel that they’ve made no progress.

I understand this is an extremely frustrating process that seemingly has no end. I’ve had shoulder pain before, and so have many of my clients.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

What separates me from every other trainer is my approach.

With my unique approach integrating Postural Restoration, I understand that the body falls into predictable patterns of pain. All too often, trainers think that a few stretches or “rotator cuff” exercises can give you pain relief for your shoulder irritation.

However, this does not address the root of your problem, and before you know it, your shoulder pain is back or moves to a different location near it. I understand that is a frustrating process, and as your online trainer, I am passionate about seeing you succeed while you enjoy the process.

My main priority is to solve your problem and get you back to living a pain-free life.

This is where I aim to distinguish myself from other trainers. We will not simply remedy momentary discomfort, but intentionally and purposefully identify and address the underlying causes of shoulder pain for permanent pain relief. This process involves addressing your:

  • Breathing
  • Pelvic position (yes, it matters for shoulder pain) and shoulder position
  • Movement quality

All of which is geared towards ensuring that we address the root causes of your shoulder pain instead of applying a band-aid to temporarily relieve pain.

Each phase of the program to relieve your shoulder pain will have a different theme targeting various aspects of your body that need to be realigned in order to solve the shoulder pain. If you’re interested, I even offer packages that integrate fitness and nutrition for a comprehensive approach to transforming your life. Each phase lasts between 2-4 weeks depending on how the individual responds and their own unique needs and aspirations. This will complement your overall rehabilitation and by the time it’s over, you’ll have a body that you can be confident in, both structurally and aesthetically.
