This is where I aim to distinguish myself from other trainers. We will not simply seek short-term relief, but intentionally and purposefully identify and address the underlying causes of exercise-induced urinary incontinence for permanent solutions. This process involves addressing your:

  • Breathing
  • Pelvic position
  • Movement quality

All of which is geared towards ensuring that we address the root causes of your problem instead of applying a band-aid to temporarily relieve pain.**

Each phase of the program to relieve your urinary incontinence while exercising will have a different theme targeting various aspects of your body that need to be realigned in order to solve the condition. This will complement your overall program and by the time it’s over, you’ll have a body that you can be confident in, both structurally and aesthetically.

Each phase lasts between 4-6 weeks depending on how the individual responds and their own unique needs and aspirations.
