HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Initial Conversation
First, we will schedule a video call to have a light conversation regarding what you're looking for, your goals, and to determine if we are a good fit to work as a team through online personal training. This call is completely free.
Step 2: Commitment
Once we have committed to working together, I will send you general paperwork and gather information on your exercise history, injury history, and current fitness. Then, we will discuss your personal preferences in how you want a structured program so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the process.
Step 3: Program Implementation
Once we have determined the best plan of action, I will create a completely individualized program for you. After that, we will have another 30-minute video call to discuss implementation and execution of your comprehensive Postural Restoration fitness program. During this time, I will educate you on each element of your program and how you can use it to understand your own body to grow as your own coach.
Step 4: Progression
Finally, we will be in constant contact to see how you respond, how you are feeling, and how we can further maximize your progress. Therefore, regular video chat sessions we be held to discuss progress, exercise form, and potentially necessary adjustments.
