Step 1: Initial Call

  • No-strings-attached video call to determine if we are a good fit to work together
  • Gather information on your injury, training, and baseball history
  • Discuss goals and general design and implementation of your program

Step 2: Assessment

  • Strength & Mobility assessment
  • Postural assessment
  • Assess nutrition needs
  • Lifestyle assessment
  • Develop a periodized program based on your goals

Step 3: Implementation

  • Receive program in 4-6 week blocks each geared towards building you towards your goal
  • Weekly video call to discuss progress, adjustments, and questions you may have
  • Integration with online training platform
  • Unlimited access to my personal line 24/7 for questions, comments, and feedback

Each phase of your program is designed 100% specific to your own assessments and goals. If you have a time constraint (offseason training, upcoming competitions, etc), we will build around your season and games to maximize your development, yet keep you fresh for when you need to perform your best.

Each phase lasts between 4-6 weeks depending on how the individual responds and their own unique needs and aspirations.

Online training platform is used with exercise demonstrations, easy communication, and nutrition integration if necessary.

We will be in constant communication to ensure you are getting the most possible enjoyment, satisfaction, and results from your program.
